Core Responsibilities.
As a Mahila Rojgar Sakhi, you represent ALLNEST at the grassroots level, acting as a trusted mentor, guide, and catalyst for rural women's financial inclusion.
Full initial orientation and training manuals are provided by ALLNEST district coordinators before field deployment.
Daily Field Activities & Tasks
- Identify unemployed women across local village clusters and gram panchayats.
- Assist with registration and onboarding into ALLNEST economic initiatives.
- Bridge candidates with company schemes, livelihood kits, and training modules.
- Engage with SHGs (Self-Help Groups) and CRPs (Community Resource Persons) for community trust.
- Conduct interviews and primary candidate verification for new field applicants.
- Maintain field logs, daily mobilization records, and weekly progress updates.
